AutoPano Pro is a very smart and advanced panorama maker. It stitches several different pictures together to create great-looking panoramic views. I have recently tried AutoStitch, a free panorama maker, which was great; but AutoPano Pro has turned out much better.
Instead of selecting what pictures you want to stitch, you can simply tell AutoPano Pro where your images are. And it will scan that directory and find any sequence of pictures that can be made into a panorama. It will even detect multiple groups of pictures and give you the option of making a panorama of all of them at the same time.
AutoPano Pro automatically detects how the pictures need to be arranged and corrects brightness and sharpness so they all look like they are a single picture. When your first panorama is ready, you will see that at the top and bottom of it, there are weird forms and the image looks bent. AutoPano Pro has a built-in image editor that you can use to retouch your panorama before you render it. All the basic (and some advanced) features of an image editor are there. There is a great help section on the website, with detailed how-to videos of pretty much every function of the application.
At almost $135, AutoPano Pro is not cheap, but it is one of the most complete and robust panorama creation tools I have seen.
